I have spent 15 years as a dentist, working with faces and smiles every single day. I understand bone structure, proportions, how the muscles move, and how ageing changes the face from the inside out. But it was in those conversations with patients, the ones who said they felt tired, or less like themselves, that I realised something was missing from my toolkit.
